Carton Flow is designed so product is picked from the front of the rack, and replenished from the back. When a carton is moved from the front, gravity slides the next carton in it's place, keeping product continuously accessible to order pickers.
Carton Flow can increase fulfilment of smaller, multi-SKU orders by up to 75%. The ability to always have product in pick position allows orders to be completed efficiently, and the increased visibility of inventory from the re-stock (or charge) side simplifies replenishment needs, doubling or tripling stocking speed. Carton Flow uses less floor space then static solutions, as less aisles are needed to access the same amount of product. This maximizes pick efficiency by allowing access to more SKU's in a smaller area.
Carton Flow replaces static shelving such as wire decks or flat metal shelves, and can be incorporated into pallet racking to allow full pallet storage above, or as a stand alone system.
